Our return policy lasts 365 DAYS from delivery of order.
What items are returnable?
- Within 365 days of delivery, unless specified otherwise.
- In original condition
- Unwashed and Unworn (except to try on initially)
- In the original packaging with tags still attached
- No stains, pet fur, or odor
- Costumes returns are not accepted after October 15th
NOTE: Returns that do not meet this criteria may not be accepted
What items are non-returnable?
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Items that have been damaged
- Perishable goods such as food or treats
- Underwear including panties & belly bands
- Clearance Items (may exchange or receive an in-store credit only)
- Gift cards
- Used dog toys
Are there any charges for returns?
- We DO NOT charge a re-stocking fee.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping charges
How do I return an item?
1. Click on the following link to open the Return Form:
2. Enter your order number and email address and click Start a Return
3. Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
4. If want to exchange or receive an in-store credit (rather than receiving a refund), you can indicate this on the form
5. You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
